I initially spoke with Isaac about dry cleaning services prior to opening back in the winter of 2000. To this date we still use his dry cleaning services and I can't ever remember a guest complaint. Over the years we have additionally used Isaac's services for our food and beverage linen needs (napkins and tablecloths), and again his service has been consistently at a high level of quality and dependability. Finally, when we have had last minute equipment failures, Isaac has been more than accommodating and helpful in doing our guestroom linens on very short notice.
